Boat Tote warrants these products against technical defects and cosmetic damage under normal use during the period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of retail purchase. This warranty is valid only for the original consumer of this product and is void if purchased from a liquidation centre, second-hand store, or bidding market. This warranty does NOT cover normal wear and weathering, assembly and/or maintenance, OR use in a commercial application. At Boat Tote’s sole discretion, products under warranty will be repaired and/or replaced at no charge to the customer.
